Here is a copy of the very-abbreviated rule book I put together for operators. I patterned it after an actual Virginian rule book, but it has only the basic essential rules. It consists of four 5" x 3.2" panels, for an unfolded size of 5" x 12.8". I print two rule books on one sheet of 11" x 17" paper, using a color inkjet printer.
The two covers plus pages 5 and 6 are printed on one side of the sheet, with pages 1-4 printed on the other side. Operators must unfold the entire four panels to read the pages in sequence.
